We had a full-house today. It was great to have everyone present for today’s meeting as we had lots of items on the agenda.
We chatted about assembly updates. Abdullahi and Ishioma will speak on behalf of the Student Council at January’s assembly. Pupils will take turns to inform the school about what we’re up to. I reminded the pupils about the ‘Student Council’ badges. The pupils have decided that they would like to wear them all the time.
We wrote a letter to Bus Éireann and hope that they will be able to investigate the leak on one of our buses.
The Student Council visited all classes with a record sheet for teachers/pupils to use to suggest books for their classroom libraries. We hope to help David Quinn to source books that the pupils are interested in reading.
We discussed our fundraiser for Pieta House and look forward to sharing information with you about that soon!
