Today, we had our second meeting of the year. The Student Council certainly has hit the ground running.
David Quinn responded to our letter in person today. He gave feedback on each of the concerns raised. He had already acted on one of the suggestions made, which was great to hear. We appreciated his time.
One of the suggestions made by Willow Class in their letter to the Student Council was to consider updating our classroom libraries. David has secured €1,000 for us to do just that! We look forward to searching for books. If anyone has any suitable books at home, please consider donating them to our school.
Pupils visited classrooms to inform them of a colouring competition promoting attendance after today’s meeting also.
