We’ve enjoyed listening to the song ‘Teddy Bears’ Picnic’ at school and were inspired to have our own one!
Today, we walked to the Fair Green with our own teddy bears. Of course, our class teddy came along too! We played in the playground, had a teddy bears’ picnic and played some ball games. The children introduced their soft toys to the class when we returned to school and we created a class display of brightly-coloured teddy bears. Thanks to Louise, Mairéad, Mairéad, Rachel and Amber for joining us!

Amber had a special surprise for us on Friday. We made Rice Krispie buns with marshmallows! They were delicious! We sat outside in the fresh air to eat them and played ‘Good evening, your Majesty’.
