At the beginning of the school year, the Student Council wrote to various Irish people we admire. Luca wrote to President Michael D. Higgins and he received a reply from President Higgins’ secretary today.
We visited every classroom in the school to share our exciting news. Kay included a signed photograph of President Michael D. Higgins and another photograph of him with his two dogs, Bród and Misneach. Unfortunately, Bród has since passed away. We hope you enjoy reading the letter!
